Apart from the aluminum die-casting, our company has a department for precision machining since 1997.
The department of mechanical machining manufactures itself tools for machining of die casted parts.
In this way the requirements of the production rapid manner and the wishes of the customers are met in full.
We machine not only die casted parts, but also extrusions, parts obtained from other different metals, from gravity, shall casting and sand casted parts. These are handled through third parties.
This allows us to stay in contact with other companies, in order to offer the customers the complete production cycle.
We offer the possibility to do special surface treatments on the machined parts, such as liquid and powder painting, varnishing or impregnations. The efficient cooperation between the foundry and the machining department guarantees to the customer the complete production process.

3D machine control Mitutoyo EURO-C 7106 computer numerically controlled for a 100% dimensional control, roughness meter, gauges, micrometers, calipers, smooth and threaded go-no-go gauges, parallel level blocks, 5-axis machining on the computer numerical control machine (CNC).
All work phases, parts movement and controls are carried out according to the current certification regulations. This allows a continuous improvement of our production and of all labor departments.
